Sports and Family Medicine of Boerne was founded in 2013 as an independent, physician owned and operated, medical clinic by Drs. Charles and Wendy McCurley. Our vision was, and still is, to provide a warm and friendly environment for families to come with all their medical needs. We make every effort to be accessible to our patients with same day appointments for more urgent matters, while still providing excellence in long-term management of more chronic conditions.
We have grown with Boerne over the last several years and added two Physician Assistants to meet the growing demand. We also teamed up with long time friend and fellow resident, Dr. Mark Jung in 2017.
Along with primary care for all ages, Dr. Charles McCurley is board-certified in Sports Medicine and can provide care for any non-surgical musculoskeletal issue, including on-site x-ray, casting and ultrasound-guided injections. Dr. Mark Jung is now offering full-scope allergy testing and various treatment options for those suffering with hill country allergies. Dr. Wendy McCurley also offers a wide variety of aesthetic medicine services. All of our providers are skilled in bio-identical hormone replacement therapy.
